What you buy

A perpetual licence to use Parlote on one Mac at a time. It never expires and there is no subscription. You may release the licence from one Mac and activate it on another as often as you like; using it on two Macs at the same time requires two licences.

The two offers differ only in how long you receive updates: for one year from the date of purchase, or for as long as Parlote exists. When the update period ends, the version you have keeps working.

Price and payment

Prices are shown on the licence page and on the payment page, taxes included where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. An invoice is issued for every purchase and linked from the confirmation e-mail.

Delivery

Your licence key is shown immediately after payment and sent to the e-mail address you paid with, together with your invoice. Delivery is complete when the key is displayed.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

You may ask for a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, without giving a reason, as long as the key has not been activated. Activating the key starts the use of the licence and ends the withdrawal period, which you agree to when you complete the payment. To ask for a refund, write to contact@parlote.ai from the e-mail address you paid with. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, and the licence is revoked.
